In this class students will read stories and essays primarily from American Indian authors, essayists, and philosophizers. Students will be asked to read and answer questions based on what they read. Topics that will be read about will be culture, cultural preservation, values and teachings, decolonization theories and practices, Native theology and metaphysics, language revitalization, etc.
